THE NEXT TIME YOU LOGIN TO HOMEBANKING, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD. NEW PASSWORDS WILL BE CASE SENSITIVE AND MUST BE AT LEAST 8 CHARACTERS. YOU WILL BE LOCKED OUT AFTER 3 FAILED ATTEMPTS.

You now have the OPTION to login to home banking with a username as the LOGIN instead of your account number. The Username is case sensitive. Must be a minimum of 7 alphanumeric characters and no more than a maximum of 18 characters. Special characters are not allowed. Of course you may still just use your account number if you prefer. We are also now requiring an email address be set up in home banking.


First time users will still use the account number as the initial Login ID.
You will find the "CHANGE USER NAME" in Online banking under the Customer Service menu.
